Raising money to support yearly events & activities
Each year, Hazelwood has three main fundraisers in addition to several "passive" fundraisers. The money from these events goes directly to funding all PTA sponsored events.

Every month we partner with a different restaurant where a percentage of that night's profits come right back to Hazelwood!

Fred Meyer Community Rewards
Did you know that you can earn money for Hazelwood PTA programs simply by shopping at Fred Meyer? All you have to do is link your Rewards Card and scan it every time you shop. Fred Meyer is donating $2.6 million each year - up to $650,000 each quarter - to the local schools, community organizations and nonprofits of your choice.
If you do not have a Rewards Card, you can sign up for one at the Customer Service Desk of any Fred Meyer store.
Box Tops
Twice a year we run a collection campaign for Box Tops. Each one will earn Hazelwood 10 cents. Our goal this year is to collect 13.000 which is only about 25 per student. We collect Box Tops year-round.

We just turned in our first batch and received $274! Our goal is $1300 this year. We can do this!

Our first collection of the year had so many students turning in 50+ Box Tops! Prizes will be here soon!

Walk-A-Thon
Every Spring the students at Hazelwood participate in a fun, healthy running challenge called Running Eagles. We end this challenge with our fun-filled, family-friendly, all school Walk-A-Thon!

Shop at Shutterfly or Tiny Prints and 13% of your purchase will be donated to Hazelwood PTA.
Tyson Project A+
We are going to try a new collection campaign this year to see if it will benefit Hazelwood PTA activities. It is very similar to the Box Tops except that we can choose the collection timeframe and each label earns us 24 cents!

Cookie Dough
Every year we sell Cookie Dough that will arrive just in time for all of those holiday cookie exchanges!

We had our big kick-off on Friday, October 6th! Fundraiser packets with order forms and prize info went home with each student.

Order forms are due October 23, 2017.

Collectible prizes will be available before school. Dates will be posted soon. Other prizes available during cookie dough distribution!
